At Reeves Career Co., we want your experience to be smooth, stress-free, and effective. To make sure everything runs seamlessly, please review our booking policies before scheduling a service:

    • All services must be paid in full at the time of booking.

    • Payments are processed securely through our online booking system.

    • Digital products are non-refundable, as they are delivered instantly.

    • You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance at no additional charge.

    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment are non-refundable.

    • If you miss your scheduled appointment without notice, it will be considered a no-show and cannot be refunded.

    • Resume revamps are completed within 5–7 business days (unless otherwise stated).

    • Mock interviews are conducted virtually via video or phone — details will be emailed after booking.

    • Any required information (such as an existing resume or job description) must be submitted at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid delays.

    • All official communication will be sent to the email address you provide at booking.

    • Please check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see your confirmation email.

  • Resume Revamps are usually completed within 5–7 business days once we’ve received all your information. Rush options may be available if you need it faster.

  • You’ll get an email with the link and details for your virtual session (Zoom/phone). On the day, we’ll run through common and tough interview questions, then I’ll give you feedback and strategies to boost your confidence.

  • Nope! While we specialize in remote-friendly careers, we can create resumes and interview prep for any industry.

    • Digital products: Non-refundable (they’re instant downloads).

    • Services: Cancellations/reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows or late cancellations are non-refundable.

  • Absolutely! In fact, it helps speed up the process. You’ll be prompted to upload it when you book. If you don’t have one, no worries — we’ll build it from scratch.

  • That’s our specialty! Every resume we create is ATS-compliant (Applicant Tracking System). That means it’s designed to pass the scan and get in front of real recruiters.
